At Nivisha’s, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Our 100% Buyer Protection Program ensures that we stand with you before and after your purchase. To help us serve you better, please carefully read our policy below before making a purchase.

GENERAL POLICY

  • Products purchased under any discount, offer, coupon code, or gift voucher are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. We strongly recommend checking the size chart and product details carefully before placing an order from any promotional or discounted collection.
  • We offer a one-time size exchange for eligible products, if requested within 24 hours of delivery. Customer need to ship the article back to us in original condition, and exchanges are strictly for size issues only, not for style or color changes.
  • Opening video of the package at the time of unboxing is mandatory for any exchange requests. This helps us verify claims and ensure authenticity.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer size exchange only, under the following terms:

  • Email us at connect.nivishas@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Once our team acknowledges the mail, please ship the product back to us with your name, mobile number and Order ID clearly mentioned on the package.
  • Exchanges are only allowed for size-related issues. Exchange of product for a different style or color is not permitted.
  • If the desired size is out of stock, a credit note will be issued.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.
  • Validity of the credit note will be 30 days from the date of issue and must be used in one go.

Note: Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original
packaging with tags and labels intact. If product is returned in bad condition, no refund / exchange will be made.

EXCHANGE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES

  • If the material, fabric, or color is not as per your expectation. We recommend reviewing product descriptions and images carefully before ordering.
  • If the product has been washed or worn.
  • If the item is from the Party Wear Collection.
  • If the order was placed under Sale, Discounted Offers, Coupons, or Gift Vouchers.
  • Minor variations in color and texture due to lighting, screen resolution, or manual craftsmanship are not eligible for exchange/return.

DAMAGED / WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERY

Every product goes through a multi-step quality check, and the packaging process is recorded for reference. While we take utmost care in handling and dispatch, if you experience any concerns upon delivery, we’re here to assist you. If you receive :

  • Damaged or defective product
  • Incorrect product delivered

Please email us at connect.nivishas@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with an unboxing video for verification. Upon validation, we will arrange for a replacement using the fastest possible courier
option.
